Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:
Unless otherwise stated, all orders will ship between 7-10 business days (excluding Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays) via USPS mail. It is imperative that you confirm your shipping address with PayPal to prevent shipping delays or loss. Violets & Pearls is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. Sizing or shipping modification cannot be made once orders are in queue for processing.

Shipping confirmations including the tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped.

Violets & Pearls cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters or general delays within the corporate USPS system. Additionally, Violets & Pearls is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages.

Returns/Exchanges:
Refunds will only be considered on a case by case basis. Violets and Pearls will however, graciously accept returned items for a merchandise store credit. Additionally, we do no process cancellation under any circumstances. Please be sure to read our size chart if you have any questions regarding the fit of our merchandise. If you receive an item and the sizing is not perfect for you we are happy to issue you a merchandise credit to use towards a future purchase. Merchandise credit is valid for one year and can be used on our online store only. In addition, a merchandise credit will consist of the total value of the item and will not include forfeited shipping fees.

We gladly accept returns for merchandise credit within 10 days of receiving your item. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition. All returns must be made by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the return. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Violets & Pearls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return and Exchange Instructions

1. Click to Complete an Exchange Form and include it with the merchandise being returned. Please note that any exchange received after the 14 day grace period will be returned. No returns will be accepted without an exchange form. Any worn or altered merchandise will be returned to the sender.

2. Please send the item(s) in as soon as possible to receive your merchandise credit in a timely manner.

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, a merchandise credit will be issued via email titled V&P MERCHANDISE CREDIT within 7 business days.
